By downloading, accessing, or using MenuMaker (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

MenuMaker allows users to create, design, and export restaurant menus for personal or business use.

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes
• You must not misuse, copy, or exploit the App or its services
• You are responsible for the content you create and upload

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your email or Apple account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including menus, images, and designs.

• You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide app functionality
• You must ensure your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

MenuMaker offers optional paid features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Payments are processed through the App Store via third-party services such as RevenueCat
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• All payments and refunds are subject to platform policies

6. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user content) are owned by MenuMaker.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without permission

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
